Once you talk to grandma in the mausoleum at the graveyard, and attempt to leave, she will give you a bible. Take the bible to the beach/lighthouse and into the cave on the left side of the screen. Use the bible on the small demon.
Note: This must be done prior to giving the bible to Jesoos at the party house.
