In the kitchen of the party house, you will find a bottle of absinthe in the fridge. Talking to Frank the rabbit will mark the lake on your map. Travel to the lake and use the bottle of absinthe on Flowey the flower to unlock this trophy.
Note: This must be done before using the absinthe bottle to replace the plutonium.
