Midway through the game, you will combine several items in your inventory to create a magnet. Make this magnet to the party house and use it to cheat at the fishing game in the kitchen. When the carny gives you a prize ticket, take it to the Homeless Camp and give it to the gypsy at the caravan.
No matter what you ask the gypsy for, you will get the same prize. Asking for the ET Atari cartridge is what unlocks this trophy.
