Use the Shiny Rock to call the Twins.
(you have to call from far away otherwise they will say “Lol. As if. For real. Don’t be lazy, just walk over here if you want to talk.”)
They will ask “What up! Wanna hear the latest hot goss ?” And press “Yeah”
Repeat this action a few times and the achievement should pop up once you heard all the juicy gossip.

EDIT: was able to unlock it once I got my first Artifact. Though I had also visited the areas with the other artifacts first...
