The Wild at Heart

Much later in the game you will unlock 'Barblings' which are the purple coloured Spritelings.
Your goal for this achievement is to break any of the white crystals which are scattered around most of the areas, WITHOUT ever damaging it by throwing a Barbling at it.

What I did was just withdraw a bunch of Barblings from the spawning pool. Then headed off to find a crystal. (There are actually some perfectly placed right below where you first discover the Barblings).

Using the strong vacuum & of either character your aim is to suck the Barblings towards you and in turn hit the crystal. If done correctly you will see the 'health' bar of the crystal appear and take some damage. Do this a few times and the crystal will get destroyed.


Achievement pops shortly after the crystal is vanquished.

Here’s how I did it:

I gathered five Barblings and moved over right next to two crystals with the Barblings next to me. I then pressed the left bumper to bring up their command menu, and selected “Separate.” This pushed them to the side, away from me, and damaged both crystals. A couple of repeats broke through and the achievement unlocked.
