To the north west of the camp in Heartlands, there is a rock to move which requires 20 spritelings. Once this is moved, just go stand in front of the large waterfall to the north of this newly opened area.
Achievement popped after a few seconds.
Note : To get to this point you will need to have found the large shell in Central Deep Woods and then upgraded your max spritelings counter to 20. (It starts off at 15). This is done bottom left of the area called The Grove.
At this point I had also met up with your mate Kirby who is found to the West of Central Deep Woods in a place called Rattlebrook Gulch. (Story Related). I'm guessing this step is required as you can see both characters in the achievement tile picture.

Can confirm you do not need to have met up with Kirby, popped for me without her there.

Mine didn't pop right away, then I stood there for a second while I reread the above guide and it popped. So I guess it just takes a few seconds. Stand there for a bit.
