As soon as you get to hangmans tree in velen you will come across a group of level 1 dogs just run around in cirlces while on horseback and use crossbow to shoot them saves the dodging of the dogs quick attacks easy option

In the woods just to the west of Boatmaker's Hut in Velen, there is a pack of 12-15 level 1 dogs that can be attacked to get this achievement easily.

I got this by riding around the dogs in circles until they all grouped up then threw a grapeshot bomb.

I found the simplest way was to wait until I was around level 10 make sure you have a good steel weapon. Head south from Midcopse make a save. You now have 2 opportunties to get this, look for the Condyle fast travel point, there are 5 level 3 cannibals, they go down in 1 hit as they wear no armour, if you mess up head slighty to the east for another 5 level 3 cannibals. If you mess up again run to the bandit camp to the south for a third attempt.
Reload your save if you fail, but this location is perfect you get 3 attempts at very low level foes who have no armour or weapons. I was level 11

wolves go down with one shot of Igni sign on lowest difficulty. I was at level 2

I’ve done this four times now on my playthrough (twice with wolves, once with bandits, once with drowners), it isn’t too difficult, but it still hasn’t popped. Hoping it will surprise pop at some point!

If you're looking to knock this out without running too far out of your way, one very natural to way to get this achievement done -- even on Death March! -- is Return to Crookback Bog. After coming out of the cut scene in the orphans' village, the first round of the Crones' attack is just to send a handful of monsters (drowners and water hags) at your group of soldiers.
The monsters will focus their aggro on everyone else, leaving you to skip around and slash everyone up easily. Easy 15 points.
