The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition

This is unlocked during the quest "Scenes From a Marriage" in the Hearts of Stone DLC. Once you enter the Painted World during the quest progression, the first scene in front of you occurs in a gazebo. Oddly, this isn't required to complete the quest (one of the many occurrences in The Witcher 3 where one small misstep will cause you to miss out on an achievement). However, as long as you walk forward and complete the scene by placing the book (lying nearby in the gazebo) in Olgierd's hand and the paint palette onto the table next to him, the scene will complete. Afterwards, follow the quest path. The achievement will unlock before "Scenes From a Marriage" is complete, after you complete the final memory. There are no other missable memories in the quest path.
