How to unlock the Dendrologist achievement in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition - Definitive Guide

Fast travel to St. Gregory's Bridge in Novigrad. South-east of the signpost is a shopkeeper who sells a Potion of Clearance for 1000 crowns, which resets all skill points.

After taking the potion, the quickest method is to unlock every skill in the General tree, which requires 20 points. Afterwards, you can just reload a save from before you bought the potion.

Same, I've unlocked all yellow, no achievement. Then all red and same no chievo.

This didn’t work for me but then I decided to unlock all the general perks and leave it unpaused for like seven minutes and then I just decided to equip in all my slots that I had available the perks and when I equipped the last perk it popped up for me

For me it unlocked after 30 seconds. I wasn't sure if the general tree was acceptable for a moment, but it was.
