This is really difficult I felt. One tip I would strongly recommend is trying to have in your hand Spy cards to receive two more to your hand, and also dummy cards to take out the spy cards your opponents will undoubtedly use against you so as to play them back.

I have beaten Tybolt several times now but the achievement never popped up.

The achievement didn't popped when I beat Tybalt but maybe 50 hours after, when I finished Skellige's gwynt quests, the achievement finally popped.

A lot of Witcher 3 achievements are bugged. This achievement only unlocked for me after a while.
