Upon arriving on Skellige you will receive an invitation to a feast at Kaer Trolde, once the quest related to the feast is complete you will be given two new quests from Crach an Craite.
The 1st quest is Possession in which you help Crach's daughter Cerys, the second quest is The Lord of Undvik in which you help his son Hjalmar. Both of these quests are optional but atleast one needs too be complete to progress the story for this achievement. Highly recommend doing both as they are quite interesting.
Upon completing one or both of these quests you return to Kaer Trolde to speak witch Crach, after speaking with him a short cut scene will play and you get a choice between two quests.
After completing the quest you speak with Crach and the other jarls after the conversation a short cut scene is played and you will be rewarded the achievement
