After completing the main story quest called 'A Poet Under Pressure', a new quest will be added to your log called 'Envoys, Wineboys'. Take the contract from the notice board, talk to the knights and you will eventually reach Toussaint and the start of one phenomenal DLC.
Once the cutscene is over, the achievement will unlock.

Definitely bugged completed the whole DLC but this never unlocked. Have tried on different saves and cant get it to unlock.
