Though I said it cannot be missed, this achievement is busted for me. Didn't get it first time around. Replayed on NG+ and got to the point and still not unlocking. Trying to reinstall now, would hate for an unmissable to be my last required unlock... 
EDIT: worked after reinstalling. Seems to fix any bugged achievements, though you may have to do it more than once.

Lucky I had a save to go back to, was #10 on the save list and next to be over written and realised i hadn't got this. Didn't have to reinstall the game though just finish the quest again.
