Late to the party, but I did all of these quests and subsequent achievements and this one didn't unlock. Is this one glitched?

I haven't been able to unlock this achievement either. This whole DLC has been glitchy for me.

Edit: After reloading and completing it for a third time, it finally unlocked.

Estou na minha quinta tentativa e nada.
Mais de 16 vezes e a maldita conquista não esta saindo, 2022 e esse pessoal da CD não resolveram isso até hoje

Story related, cannot be missed.

Once you complete the final main quest "Whatsoever a Man Soweth...", the trophy will unlock.

At the end, you will have the choice to help Olgierd or stay out of it. If you choose to help him, you will have to solve a riddle to beat The Master of Mirrors, which is fairly simple enough. You can only solve the riddle if you did the optional part of the quest and visited Shani and the professor at the Oxenfurt academy.

You will be timed and start out on a path, which you will need to run and reach the house on the hill. There will be many different opponents that appear while you make your way to the house, all of which can be avoided and you do not need to fight. You also have the option of picking up the "Viper Venomous Silver Sword", which if you run into a Leshen phantom, it will be behind him up some stairs in a rock, surrounded by red light.

Once you make it to the house, enter it and go down the corridor. It will collapse on you, and then go down the stairs and into the open. Look to your left and there should be a mirror with a fountain, go there. Check out the wall behind the fountain with your Witcher sense's and then use your Aard sign to break it. Doing so, will solve the riddle for you.

The trophy will unlock after the credits and you are loaded back into the game.

The description of the trophy speaks for itself, just follow the twisted plot and everything will be fine

Started playing on patch 1.11, finished on patch 1.12. All trophies received, haven't started a new game.

Today, the addition can be continued immediately after the main plot. It is not necessary to start this DLC separately. All trophies drop without any problems.

At the end, when you enter the building and fall down, do not try to break all the mirrors. Run immediately to the opposite mirror, behind it there will be a fountain, behind the fountain there is a wall with a crack. Let's figure her out as Aard and that's it...trophy.

If you play while continuing to save your career, many quests and achievements are bugged. It's better to start a new game - only DLS. (patch 1.11)

You receive an achievement as you complete the expansion's story.
That is, when one of the DLC endings is chosen.
The achievement arrives after the final credits.
But it so happened that I didn’t get it.
This is very strange, because... all conditions for obtaining it have been achieved.
What I've done?

1) Cleared the cache on the console (hold down the power button on the console for 10 seconds)
2) Launched the last save (on the rock before the meeting with Olgerd)
3) Completed the last quest again

And fortunately for me, I received the achievement.

Basically, this tip doesn't make much sense.
I wrote it just in case, in case someone encounters the same problem as me.
