In order to unlock this trophy, you must complete the Quarry area, located to the top middle of the island (refer to map if needed - named "Quarry"). The Quarry area begins near a dam overlooking a warehouse with a minecart track, above the area by a lift or behind a gate in Shady Trees and ends on top of the main Quarry building. There are 47 puzzles to solve in this area in order to reach the laser.

The Quarry area is located in the back of the map between the Desert Ruins and the Shady Trees area. The Quarry puzzles use black and white squares, multicolored squares, suns, and tetris shapes, so it is highly recommended to make this one of your last areas. 

Thankfully the Quarry puzzles themselves aren't too difficult. Use THIS LINK for the puzzle solutions in the Quarry. 

Upon activating the panel on the laser, the achievement will unlock.
