Bugged for me, annoyingly. Should've earned it when I successfully completed "Town" yesterday, but no joy.facepalm

In order to unlock this trophy, you must complete the Town area, located in the center of the island (refer to map if needed - named "Hub"). The Town area can be entered anywhere and ends at the top of the tower in the middle of the town. There are 21 puzzles to solve in this area in order to reach the laser.

The Town is located approximately right in the center of the island and is filled with a bunch of buildings. The puzzles in the Town are a combination of every type of puzzle throughout the game, so this should be your last area. 

For a walkthrough of the Town, use THIS LINK for all puzzle solutions. Once you've opened all the doors on the central tower, climb to the top and activate the laser to unlock the achievement. 

Note that there is a rooftop in the Town that has a panel that can be rotated, near the waterfront. This panel needs to be rotated to reflect a laser from another area toward the top of the Mountain, which is necessary to unlock the Challenge.
