From the front screen select party mode - competition:
pick 2 players and 1 round as the settings.
You have to choose 2 songs from the list to sing and it will drop

At the main menu, select "Party Mode" and then "Competition". Select 2 players & 1 round, then have each person select the song they want to sing. You can either sing through both players or have one of them get a few points, then just set the microphone down and let the songs finish up for both players. Once you finish the competition, the trophy will pop!
