The Dinosaur footprints are next to the "Frozen in Time" Landmark.



PS: I had to take about 10 pictures of different footprints before the Achievement unlocked.

Consider this a supplement to HellCreeper666's solution. Everything there is correct.

For some reason, I struggled with locating the coordinates on the map. Not my proudest moment.

I got the achievement on my first try taking a photo next to the landmark market, focusing on the whole hill, not any one footprint in particular.
