For this achievement, you must reach Level 37 to unlock your last Caller. Each caller costs $6,000 and can be bought from the store. Once you buy the caller, simply equip it and give it a good call.

Seems it has been patched. A friend and I tried, without any success. No herd running crazy as in the video...

This achievement is much easier now. It appears as though the game is coded to give you the achievement once you use a certain number of different callers.
With the DLC you get a number of free ones, and I've unlocked this at level 12.

I think using a certain # of different callers is correct. I was able to unlock this at lvl 27, so I did not need to use the Moose or Deer Grunt callers. I did use the Goose and Duck callers though, so those seem to count. I also had to use all the callers in one session for it to trigger.

Just got mine without buying all the callers. The dlc ones will unlock it earlier than level 37.
