The update from today 5th Febr. fixed the achievement, let's dld the update b4 going for this .
First of all, here are the challenge circle coordinates and a brief instruction where to find the target:
-8410, 7777 -> target 100m north

-7130, 7476 -> 180m south-east

-6153, 9954 -> 400m south-west

-8509, 7791 -> 100m south-east

-6125, 5468 (it is inside the cave) -> target is 100m south on the cave ceiling.

-7054, 6794 -> 320m target on top of bridge to the east

-5984 6386 ->300m Southwest peak

-7600 5948 -> 140m south-west

-8876, 8337-> 80m circle is on the shore, target is red circle at water level right in front of the dock house.

-8086, 8768 -> 65m target under suspencion bridge

-10264，9261 -> 208m north cave entrance, hard to spot

-9510, 9555->18m target is under hunter structure

-6169, 5802 -> 418m cliff side very hard to spot

-7521 4500 -> 140m west

-6417 7427 ->110m target is up the hill in the dry ditch

If You didn't complete them so far, accept the newly appeared "Challenge circles" side mission then let's find them and shoot the targets.
If You completed them already, accept the newly appeared side mission then hop on your ATV and start to approach the challenge circles one by one, You must be within at least 450 mtrs proximity from the circle. Watch your PDA, as soon as it updates the nearby circle as completed, You can move away to the next.

Most are quite easy. Definitely bring plenty of ammo and try to shoot from a prone position. You'll know you hit it when you hear a sound which varies with the distant to the target.
