There are ten (10) Nenet monuments around the map. Find and inspect them all and the achievement should unlock.

NOTE: There are reports of these achievements not unlocking correctly. The only way I know of to get them to unlock if they did not on your first try is to start a New Game. Unfortunately, this means you will lose all your progress.

Its definitely bugged, I was missing 1 for a long time because it doesn't show up on the map after using the tower to show all points.. I believe its 12133, 8935, in the top left corner near the ice edge that doesn't show up.. Friend and I needed that as our last in the map and neither of us got the achievement after getting it.
I have a feeling the achievement counter breaks if you do not manage to get all 10 before an update is pushed out. Would almost suggest all my counter achievements are broken, as you typically spend a long time in each map (if you actually play the game) and even a simple patch breaks the counter.
