How to unlock the Deep breath achievement in Them Bombs - Definitive Guide

While disarming a bomb you can become stressed and you will be prompted to hold down the LB button, do so and after a little bit you will unlock the achievement. To accelerate this a little bit you can mess up some of the puzzles and you will become stressed out faster.

I.E. cut all of the wires on the wire puzzle.
