How to unlock the Wealth redistribution 1 achievement in Thief Simulator - Definitive Guide

Got this achievement after a few hours of playing. You'll get all of the wealth redistribution achievements just by naturally playing through the game, but each one will require more and more time for you to put in. What really helped me speed it up is to constantly complete new jobs, and just explore new houses to loot in general.

-Bigger items like TV's, printers, paintings etc. Will help you accumulate money quick.
-Constantly checking drawers drawers is a good idea because every so often you'll come across expensive electronics, and jewellery every so often which is very valuable.
-Upgrading your backpack via skills tab will make it easier because you can store more loot in each single run.
-Utilizing the parking lot to sleep can be useful to loot a house at a specific time where people are either sleeping, or out of the house completely. This helps you steal bigger items much easier.
-Using the sleeping feature multiple times can allow you to keep going into the same house at the convenient time and steal the bigger items if there's several of them to loot.
-Purchasing the van outside of the pawn shop will allow twice as much space to store multiple items in one run. The van will require 35K flat but is well worth it.

EDIT:

-I used this link here that shows a list of master loot. Shows the value of each item. If you collect all of the antique items you will get these achievements ridiculously fast:

These achievements pop once you leave the neighbourhood and shows you your stats for your theft run.

The achievement tracker does not work for these achievements, so after each theft run is complete, go to the pawn shop, add up each price of the individual items, and just jot it down on a piece of paper or your notepad on your phone to get a general idea of how close you are.
