There are some dishes in house 110 near the front door. They will respawn every time you leave the neighborhood and then come back.

You can combine this achievement with the breaking windows, breaking toilets, and stealing toasters achievements. There is a toilet in the bathroom that can be smashed, and it respawns when you leave and then return to the neighborhood, as do all windows. There is a toaster in the kitchen that also respawns when you leave and return. You must have sold the toaster you stole previously for it to respawn though. Also, I believe only toasters that you have successfully escaped the neighborhood with count towards the total stolen.
