Pretty sure I followed the video for everything and only got 59/60 but who knows...

sidenote: if you try to follow the guy's video for the next chapter Dust to Dust to get the achievment there instead, or to just get challenges for the other achievements, MAKE SURE you buy the wrench before you go, and at least 1 Rope Arrow....there will be 1 Rope Arrow during the collectibles guide...BUT only 1...and you need 2...AND if you are playing on the Master Custom for 700+ points for that achievement...the wrench costs 1000G....which is a touch more than you will find in Chapter 1....and a single Rope Arrow costs 600G which is obscene compared to other difficulties...so you will need to do the side quests and run around Stonemarket grabbing random loot and pickpocketing for your extra 700ish Gold to be prepared for Chapter 2 Dust to Dust

Best Way to get this Achievement is right at Chapter One: Lockdown. I made a few Screenshot for every “Map” in this Chapter, within the Location of all the Loot you can get. Guards don’t hold any Loot that count to the “Stole all loot” Goal, same goes for Food and Documents!

There are 60 Loot Items in this Level

A lot of times when I tried to collect the items, it said 'inventory full.' Will it still count towards the achievement if I don't collect them?

You only have to get all the loot in one chapter throughout the entire game, but it is recommended to you complete this achievement on Chapter 1: Lockdown.

You will need to get the 4 collectible items as well as 60 loot items. Here is a video guide showing a walkthrough of the map while collecting all available pieces with the achievement unlocking at the end.

It should be noted that you can press back and see your progress at any point via the player progression tab in the menu.

Welcome to you all. First thing I would like to say is, Its nice to see so many people posting solutions. Mainly including video guides, And I too am going to be posting such a video. Full commentary is also included.

As the others,we shall be going for this in Chapter 1 - And it will show you the locations of ALL 60 loot, 4 collectibles and how to get the "Two Faced" Achievement.

Video-guide to get all the items and collectibles of one chapter, to obtain the achievement Obsessive Compulsive. In this guide I'll use the chapter 1, where 60 items and 4 collectibles can be find. At the beggining of the video I speak in Spanish but it's just and introduction and I don't say anything relevant.

Pretty straightforward if you follow the video, hopefully you don't do this on your Moral Victory playthrough otherwise getting all the loot will be...interesting. Using focus vision to see what you missed helps, but gold for some reason shines even in dark areas (weird) so as long as it is not in a drawer you should be able to see quite a bit of the loot.

Loot are those objects that glimmer that are located throughout the game that you can pick up. They range from gold coins to pens, to a pair of scissors to a bust. They will earn you gold automatically, usually in a amount that ranges from 1G - 50G+ (obviously depending on the object picked up). Collectibles on the other hand will not earn you gold, but serve as memorabilia purposes in your Clocktower safehouse.

For the purpose of this trophy, you'll need to pick up all possible loot and collectibles in a single chapter. You will want to attempt this trophy on Chapter 1 since its one of the shorter chapters, but especially because the amount of loot in it is small (60 loot items). You can check your progress at anytime by accessing the Journal via , and looking under the Progression tab on your current chapter. Looting all items also serve as a Thieving Challenges, so you can use that progress bar as an indicator as well.

Simply collect all the loot and collectibles in a single chapter, and this trophy will unlock during the end-chapter statistics screen.

The earliest you can obtain this achievement is in Chapter 1 - Lockdown. There are only a total of 60 pieces of loot to obtain, which is slightly minimal compared to the later Chapters of the game.

You will find that loot generally consists of various different items, ranging from pieces of gold, to bracelets, mirrors, purses and more. Each piece of loot will emit a shining glow when you are close by, so make sure to pay attention to your surroundings throughout Chapter 1.

The achievement WILL NOT unlock immediately after picking up the sixtieth piece of loot. You must complete the mission for it to unlock. The last stash of loot is in the top floor of Jeweler's House, so before climbing out the window, press the back button, select Progression > Statistics, and make sure it says "All Loot Lifted" before climbing out the window to the alleys.

Refer to video below for a detailed walkthrough by Maka for the locations of all 60 loot pieces.
