How to unlock the What's Yours is Mine achievement in Thief - Definitive Guide
The collectibles are found within the story related chapters, The City area and the 6 Client Jobs available in the game. Upon picking up the last collectible, you will be rewarded the achievement.
Chapters and Client Jobs can always be replayed be visiting their locations on the map, so don't worry if you miss something, you can always go back.
Some collectibles require The Wirecutters, The Wrench, & Razor, so make sure you have purchased these before beginning Chapter 3.
Lastly, use the menu to check "Player Progression" where it'll show your collectibles for each mission, and use focus in a room is you are having trouble finding the proper object to interact with.
In this guide we are mainly going to provide you with a handy guide, to assist in your quest to obtain ALL Collectibles and ALL Secret Areas.
There are a total of 82 collectibles, These are spread out over ALL of the Single Player missions,Client Jobs and also all around the city. The first is unmissable, as it is part of the Prologue level, and is automatically collected.
During the first Chapter we will guide you to all the loot locations, this is the only time you will need to collect all loot. For the Obsessive Compulsive achievement, and we will show you how to get the Two Faced achievement too.
From Chapter 2, we will also add the Secret Areas into the guide, as this is the first time they appear in the game.
There are 73 Secret Areas in the game, and after finding them all, you will unlock the Finders Keepers achievement. Unfortunately there is no definitive way to track how many or which ones you have found. We recommend starting a fresh save if you have progressed into Chapter 2, This way if you are starting fresh and will know if you have ventured far enough into the location and you will hear the chime.
Make sure your music is ON, as if not you wont hear the chime, It may be worth turning up the music volume, and turn down Voice and SFX if you wish.
By the time you get to Chapter 3, you need to have purchased the Wrench, Pliers and Razor, these are available at the traders, The first one you will find is outside the Bar in the square at the Clocktower. If you followed Chapter 1, and did some looting in Chapter 2 you will have enough. These items are needed to access some of the Collectibles and Secret Areas.
The way I have recorded these guides, I will be going through ALL the single player first, Then we shall be running around the City, at this point we will have ALL secret areas, The we move on to the Client Jobs. Here we will find our last few collectibles!
I have everything recorded, And my achievements have popped, and you can see on here I have them. It is a work in progress editing, but should be finished soon. Time-Links will be added and the guide polished after ALL are edited

You can hit the Thief-Taker (I didn't know that before, lol) Took me about 20 tries to finish this chapter on 700+ Master Difficulty with all Collectibles! :)
As mentioned before, collectibles unlike loot will not reward you any money when picked up. They serves as memorabilia purposes, and will be displayed in your showcases back in your Clocktower hideout. While each individual collectible will not reward you any money, collecting all of the collectible sets however will net you 30,000G. Each story mission and client job will have a number of collectibles for you to collect. Collectibles can also be found throughout the game's hub The City. Do keep in mind though that completing all of Basso's jobs will involve you picking up some of these collectibles already. There are a total of 82 unique loots that you need to find.
Please refer to the an easy to follow collectibles guide for the locations of all of Thief's unique loot, courtesy of PowerPyx: Thief Collectible Guide (What's Yours is Mine Trophy)
You can check your which chapters you're still missing a collectible for at anytime by accessing your Journal via -> Player Progression -> and then cycling through each chapter. Keep in mind though that if you do miss a collectible in any of the story chapters or client jobs, you will have to collect all of the collectibles in that mission again.

There's a section titled 'Collectibles' in the Journal, which lists each collectible by its name and breaks them down into categories. That makes it easier to find missing collectibles. Also make sure to buy enough arrows of all types before starting a new mission. Some collectibles can only be reached if you have the right equipment (i.e. Rope Arrows).
You will also be shown an overview at the end of each Chapter, which tells you how many items you have recovered. You can then replay the Chapter immediately if you missed something.
