How to unlock the What's Yours is Mine achievement in Thief - Definitive Guide

A COMPLETE guide of all 82 collectibles can be found HERE.

The collectibles are found within the story related chapters, The City area and the 6 Client Jobs available in the game. Upon picking up the last collectible, you will be rewarded the achievement.

Chapters and Client Jobs can always be replayed be visiting their locations on the map, so don't worry if you miss something, you can always go back.

Some collectibles require The Wirecutters, The Wrench, & Razor, so make sure you have purchased these before beginning Chapter 3.

Lastly, use the menu to check "Player Progression" where it'll show your collectibles for each mission, and use focus in a room is you are having trouble finding the proper object to interact with.

When you run through a level, do you know if you have to get all collectibles in one run? Because the statistics page only show your last run of the level (i think) so there are some levels where I have all the collectibles (in my collectibles page) but the level statistics show I have 3/6 or whatever it is. I should still get the cheev though right, given that I have them all on the collectibles page?

@funkym0nkey77, restarting a level will erase previous progress, all collectibles must be done in the same run.

Great guide, I only have a question on 1 in chapter 7. I am trying to do this on the 700+ master run and find that I need a choke arrow for the last collectible in that chapter. Do you know where those are located, as I cannot for the life of me, find them. This is the last collectible that I need and I'd prefer not to re-play the entire game just to get this one last item.

Worth noting in Ch. 6, the part with the lion shifting cylinder puzzle that rewards the huge diamond...take a peek in the backside of the counter. There's a peep hole that lets you see the locking mechanism, eliminating guesswork.

Did anyone else have a problem with number 8 in your video in Montonessi's Abode? I can see the painting from far away, but as I approach it, the painting disappears. It's the last collectible I need too.

Are you sure you have to do everything on one pass? I'm looking at my collectibles list and all 6 of the Chapter 5 collectibles are there in my list, even though the chapter summary says incomplete.

Is this even possible to get on custom master playthrough? I instantly die/fail (require reload of save) if i get spotted or kill/knockout anyone and there is a collectible in Basso Job "The Rule of Thumb". That job consists of two small rooms with nowhere to hide and a patrolling guard. Seems impossible to do.

As for collectables, once you have them and completed the level. You DO NOT have to get them again if you replay a chapter.

Overview

In this guide we are mainly going to provide you with a handy guide, to assist in your quest to obtain ALL Collectibles and ALL Secret Areas.

There are a total of 82 collectibles, These are spread out over ALL of the Single Player missions,Client Jobs and also all around the city. The first is unmissable, as it is part of the Prologue level, and is automatically collected.

During the first Chapter we will guide you to all the loot locations, this is the only time you will need to collect all loot. For the Obsessive Compulsive achievement, and we will show you how to get the Two Faced achievement too.

From Chapter 2, we will also add the Secret Areas into the guide, as this is the first time they appear in the game.

There are 73 Secret Areas in the game, and after finding them all, you will unlock the Finders Keepers achievement. Unfortunately there is no definitive way to track how many or which ones you have found. We recommend starting a fresh save if you have progressed into Chapter 2, This way if you are starting fresh and will know if you have ventured far enough into the location and you will hear the chime.

Make sure your music is ON, as if not you wont hear the chime, It may be worth turning up the music volume, and turn down Voice and SFX if you wish.

By the time you get to Chapter 3, you need to have purchased the Wrench, Pliers and Razor, these are available at the traders, The first one you will find is outside the Bar in the square at the Clocktower. If you followed Chapter 1, and did some looting in Chapter 2 you will have enough. These items are needed to access some of the Collectibles and Secret Areas.

The way I have recorded these guides, I will be going through ALL the single player first, Then we shall be running around the City, at this point we will have ALL secret areas, The we move on to the Client Jobs. Here we will find our last few collectibles!

I have everything recorded, And my achievements have popped, and you can see on here I have them. It is a work in progress editing, but should be finished soon. Time-Links will be added and the guide polished after ALL are edited

Chapter 1 : Lockdown
Chapter 2 : Dust To Dust
Chapter 3 : Dirty Secrets
Chapter 4 : A Friend In Need
Chapter 5 : The Forsaken
Chapter 6 : A Man Apart
Chapter 7 :The Hidden City
Chapter 8 : The Dawns Light

The City : Part 1 - Central
The City : Part 2 - Central/North
The City : Part 3 - Central/Barons Way
The City : Part 4 - Grandmauden

**ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED**

The collectibles in the Jobs are all that is needed to get the final collectible achievement

+1 and good overall, but I do wish that some of the parts where you traverse from one place to another place far away weren't so sped up. It's one thing to fast forward through picking a lock or climbing 2 flights of stairs, but its different when you're climbing onto a roof, running, turning, dropping down, running, turning some more, etc. It all becomes a confusing blur and is hard to follow even after pausing a lot. In the end, I was able to make it out, though.

Video-guide of Thief with all the 82 collectibles and all chapter locations to get the achievement What's Yours is Mine. .The game of the video is in Spanish, but I mark it in English too so you'll not have any problem to get everything. In addition, as always in the description of the video there's a timeline with a shortcut to each collectible.

If anyone make a negative vote please tell me why, so I can improve my future videos.
Greets.

Just a tip for those who are doing this on master difficulty. It took me a long time to figure out how to get Orion's primal stone pendant while playing on master difficulty. I was playing on a custom difficulty (to get other achievements as well) and didn't want to replay the entire game just for collectibles. If you're playing on master difficulty, you realize that arrows don't do anything to Orion and he will spot you in a second if you try and sneak behind him to steal his pendant. Hope this helps wink

You can hit the Thief-Taker (I didn't know that before, lol) Took me about 20 tries to finish this chapter on 700+ Master Difficulty with all Collectibles! :)

N3croscop3 - I couldn't do it the same way as the video because I had a custom difficulty that wouldn't allow me to do any takedowns.

I would never have figured that you’re allowed to do a takedown on the thief taker since that’s an instant failure anywhere else. I got it done using flash bombs to stun him before pilfering, but the takedown method sounds a lot cheaper.

@Ellejee - Im in the same position as you were, playing on custom not allowing me to kill or knockout or be spotted.
How did you get the collectible in Basso's job "The Rule of Thumb"?
It is 2 small rooms without cover to hide behind and a guard that patrols both rooms. One room has a corner you can hide in the shadow but the other room with the collectible seems impossible to hide in.

I have almost all collectibles on my custom master playthrough and would love to not have to play the whole game again. If you have a solution, please pm me. Thanks!

Someone was nice enough to lump all of the collectibles into one long video for you. Which is rather nice as you don't have to look for the next vid. Once you obtain the last collectible you should get I believe 30,000 gold which you can spend on one of the pricey items at the trader and put more gold towards cache dispenser.

As mentioned before, collectibles unlike loot will not reward you any money when picked up. They serves as memorabilia purposes, and will be displayed in your showcases back in your Clocktower hideout. While each individual collectible will not reward you any money, collecting all of the collectible sets however will net you 30,000G. Each story mission and client job will have a number of collectibles for you to collect. Collectibles can also be found throughout the game's hub The City. Do keep in mind though that completing all of Basso's jobs will involve you picking up some of these collectibles already. There are a total of 82 unique loots that you need to find.

Please refer to the an easy to follow collectibles guide for the locations of all of Thief's unique loot, courtesy of PowerPyx: Thief Collectible Guide (What's Yours is Mine Trophy)

You can check your which chapters you're still missing a collectible for at anytime by accessing your Journal via -> Player Progression -> and then cycling through each chapter. Keep in mind though that if you do miss a collectible in any of the story chapters or client jobs, you will have to collect all of the collectibles in that mission again.

There are a total of 82 collectible locations in the game Thief.

Finding all collectibles will unlock the What's Yours is Mine trophy / achievement.
One collectible is obtained automatically during the prologue and cannot be missed. The rest is scattered across all main missions, client jobs and the open world (The City) and you can find them by looking this video.

There are a total of 82 collectible to be found within the game. Finding all of them will earn you the achievements "Priceless" and " What's Yours is Mine". A single collectible is obtained automatically during the Prologue and cannot be missed. The rest will be scattered across all the main missions and the open world.

NOTE: Finding all collectibles in the first Chapter will also unlock the "Two-Faced" achievement. Additionally, finding all collectibles grants you 30k gold coins.

To see how many collectibles there are in a given area, open up the journal by pressing , and through 'Player Progression' to the 'Statistics' menu. Here, you'll see how many collectibles and loot items you have found in the current Chapter and how many there are in total.

There's a section titled 'Collectibles' in the Journal, which lists each collectible by its name and breaks them down into categories. That makes it easier to find missing collectibles. Also make sure to buy enough arrows of all types before starting a new mission. Some collectibles can only be reached if you have the right equipment (i.e. Rope Arrows).

You will also be shown an overview at the end of each Chapter, which tells you how many items you have recovered. You can then replay the Chapter immediately if you missed something. Alternatively, you can also replay Chapters at any given time by returning to their starting point in the open world.

For a commentary-filled video guide on all the collectibles in the game, be sure to visit Maka's thread HERE

I advise you to buy a razor, wrench and wire cutters as soon as possible so as not to run around too much.

There are a total of 84 trophies in the game (but you need to collect 82 valuable trophies, there are 2 more trophies in the mission “Bank Robbery”, they do not count towards the count), you can see how many you collected in the menu: player progress – trophies (trophies collected), you can see how much was collected by chapter: player process - statistics.

Safe #1 - Chapter 1 - in the basement of Jeweler Serendi Since this is part of the plot, finding the safe will not be difficult. There is a safe in the southwest corner behind the painting. Combination: 7-3-9 Loot: Mask with Jewels

Safe #2 - Side mission - Beauty Inside - Miss Scarlett's House To access the safe, you must take Basso's mission - Beauty Inside. Miss Scarlett's house on the clock tower square, next to Bookbinders. The safe is located on the main floor in the south wall. Combination: 8-2-4 Loot: Miss Scarlett's Mirror

Safe #3 - Chapter 2 - Dust to Dust - Workshop The safe is located in the workshop Combination: 3-1-4 Loot: Automaton Soul

Safe #4 - City - Sick Willie's Den This safe is not part of the mission. Head south to the Baron's South Road and find a ladder that can be lowered by shooting an arrow down it, then climb up it by opening the closed window. Combination: 8-4-2 Loot: Earrings and Necklace

Safe #5 - Chapter 3 - Dirty Secrets - Brothel The safe is located in Madame's private quarters. Combination: 5-7-3 Loot: watch and necklace

Safe #6 - Chapter 4 - A Friend in Need - Fortress Since it is impossible to complete the story without opening this safe, it is required. The combination is in the architect's office. The Great Safe itself is located in the Fortress. Disable the mechanisms by pressing on one side of the safe and quickly doing the same on the other. Combination: 3-1-9 on the left and 0-1-8 on the right. Reward: continuation of the game

Safe #7 - Chapter 5 - Abandoned - Room 3E Another mandatory area, although the safe is not required to be found. Find the healing level and turn on the generator to explore the rooms. There is a safe in room 3E. Combination: 7-3-1 Loot: Serendi Stone Discs - Ivory Disc

Safe #8 - Side Mission Start Basso's Checkmate mission, go to the Merchant, where you will see two people near the brazier. Climb the crates and make your way into Archie Maxwell's house. Avoiding Archie, get to the basement. Be careful with traps! Combination: 7-7-6 Loot: chess piece

Safe #9 - Chapter 6 - Porazn - East Living Room On the first floor of the Baron's Mansion, you need to outsmart two guards and open the safe. Combination: 8-8-9 Loot: Discs - Sapphire Disc

Safe #10 - same chapter and mission - West Hall Safe in the guarded room. Combination: 0-1-7 Loot: all kinds of loot - nothing special

Safe #11 - Chapter 7: The Hidden City - Docks As you take the elevator up, watch out for the guard. Safe in the tunnel. Combination: 6-7-3 Loot: bonds worth 20 gold

Safe #12 - Client Job 4 - Wine Cellar Take the job from Vittori. Head to the wine cellar, where the safe is hidden behind a painting. Combination: 8-1-2
