Itchy Fingers - Use Ransomes Itch Cream. Found in the Makeup tent after getting control of Ransome as a regular playable character, not during the flashback.

Once you have control of Ransome in Part Three, go to the backstage area of the circus grounds. There you will find Ransome's itch cream. Pick it up and use it to unlock this trophy. Note that this cannot be done during Ransome's flashback in Part Two, but you can do this at any point before Part Eight.

MISSABLE – Chapter 3

Once you have control of Ransome go into the backstage area and you will find a tube of itch cream in his makeup drawer. Use the cream on Ransome and the achievement will unlock.
