The journals will guide you through this, but you need to:
(1) get toilet paper from Quickie Pal bathroom, use the toilet paper to get blood from the body, dry the toilet paper with the hand-dryer in the Quickie Pal bathroom, and feed that into the BloodTron;
(2) get Ransome's package from the Post Office, give Ransome wallet to Wino Willie, feed bloody wallet into BloodTron;
(3) get chainsaw from bushes under bridge, get gasoline from outside Mansion mansion, cut down tree at entrance to sewer and find murder weapon at the end of sewer, use finger print kit and tape on the murder weapon, and feed that into the finger print Tron;
(4) get finger print book from town hall and feed that into the finger print Tron;
(5) get passport from victim's room, feed that into face Tron;
(6) get picture of victim, feed that into face Tron;
(7) get missing tube from Chuck's office and put into arrest Tron;
(8) feed three Tron reports into arrest Tron
