This is story based and cannot be missed.
This achievement is for moving your home base to the museum. You are visited by Melina the museum curator on Day 2, she wants to keep your artifacts safe and says you can live with her. You tell her that you can't leave until The Stranger(Reuben) is in a better condition.
She comes back on Day 5 with meds and food.
Once Reuben has healed and is now a playable character you have a choice that night to move to the museum. For me this was day/ night 7.
Keep Reuben fed, keep the heat above 0 at night and use the better "meds" you get from Melina to heal him (herbal meds will do nothing)
