How to unlock the Diary: Thruthful achievement in This War of Mine: Final Cut - Definitive Guide

This achievement is in the Last Broadcast Story.
To get it you need to tell the Truth to Malik at least two times.
From what I can tell there are three opportunities to do this:
The Pharmacy: Tell him about the Military attack on the Rebel base. Do NOT tell him that there is a lack of supplies.
The Bakery: Tell him that Novak is a Military Informant. Do NOT be vague about who the informant is.
The Shelled Brewery: Tell him the Military shelled the Brewery. Do NOT say it was an accident.
