How to unlock the Epilogue: Heir achievement in This War of Mine: Final Cut - Definitive Guide
This achievement is in the Last Broadcast Story.
There are several ways to end the story, but only a certain ending will give you this achievement.
You must tell the TRUTH to Malik at least twice about the news that you gathered: Tell him about the Military attack (do NOT lie and say the Pharmacy is empty.) Tell him that Novak is an informant (do NOT be vague about it.) Tell him the Military shelled the Brewery (do NOT say it was an accident.)
After Malik broadcasts about the Brewery he will be killed by the Military the next time Esma leaves the Shelter. When you return that day Adem will be at the door, let him in. You will then need to fix the radio (do NOT leave by boat or let anyone die.)
Speak to the people at the Church, one will mention the Music Club was attacked because they had radio equipment. The next night go there and in the basement there will be radio parts to collect. There will also be a man there who needs a bandage, he says/does nothing after recieving any number of them. When you return to the Shelter you can fix the radio from the Workbench. Then click on the radio to broadcast and it should pop.

We always tell Malik the truth. In the end, we don’t sail away, but go to the bar, find a spare part for the radio and restore it at home on a workbench.
