You need the "All expansions pack" add-on.
In order to get this achievement you have to successfully defend a raid while having a child in your shelter. I got it on the third or fourth night. At night you have to put at least 1 adult on guard while the child sleeps, if you receive an attack, your adult will defend the shelter and you will get the achievement. If you don't have a weapon, make a knife in the metal workshop (you can also defend yourself with a shovel or a crowbar, but I don't know if it's as effective as a knife).
Select My own scenario.
Choose for example 1 adult (Roman is the best guard) and 1 adult + his/her child.
Days until ceasefire: doesn't matter.
Intensity of the conflict: low.
Winter comes: never.
And select the places on the map you want to have access.
