This achievement is in the Last Broadcast Story.
To get it you need to let your son Adem in the Shelter.
This will happen after the point of no return (your broadcast about the shelling at the Brewery.) When you return to the house after scavenging for the night Malik will be gone. After a while Adem will knock on the door, if you ignore him then you will miss this achievement. Make sure you go and talk to him and the story will progress further.
