On day 3 someone came to the door to sell goods; I traded for cigarettes. Alternatively you can find various tobacco during scavenges. You can't actually smoke the cigarette from your inventory, it will pop on it's own. This achievement popped after returning from a scavenge.
Capn, Doug
This achievement requires you to have each of your characters (excluding children) indulge in either coffee, cigarettes or alcohol. Characters who are listed as coffee drinkers will automatically drink a cup in the morning if there is coffee on hand, and smokers will do the same if cigarettes of any kind are available. But people who do not have a set vice will not use either. For them, you will need to have them drink moonshine. You can have everyone use moonshine if you can't find coffee or cigarettes.
