When you first start the game you will have three random ppl to start with. keep them alive until day 7. remember to swap them out on scavanges. also have someone guarding and then during the day let the runner and guard rest. biggest thing to go for is meds and food.

In order to unlock this achievement, you will need to have all the people you started the game with still alive at Day 7. This should not be too difficult. Make sure that you have at least one person on guard each night and try to stick to scavenging places that don't have the "Danger" or "Caution Advised" labels in the description box. Seven days will not usually be long enough to have someone die from an injury or an illness, but treat them all the same if they are listed as more than "Slight."
