How to unlock the Everybody’s got to learn achievement in This War of Mine: The Little Ones - Definitive Guide
To get this achievement you need to teach a child who is living with you skills, and for them to use the skills in the house.
To teach a child a skill, interact with an interface that you use to build or create things. IE; the workbench, stove, herb table etc. In the bottom right hand corner of the screen there is a - teach icon. If the skill is able to be taught, it will be availble to be used. Otherwise it is greyed out.
I am unsure whether you need to teach the child a certain number of skills, or a certain set of skills for this to pop. I had taught following skills at the corresponding stations:
Herbal workshop - Homegrown Tobacco
Herbal workshop - Roll-up Cigarette
Herbal workshop - Cigarette
Workshop - Filter
Workshop - Fuel
Stove - Food
After being taught the skill, I also made sure that the child used this skill in the house.
The achievement popped for me after I taught the child how to build a filter, which was the last skill in the list above that they were taught. I would take a guess that once the child has been taught how to prepare fuel, food and water then the achievement will pop. If that could be confirmed in the comments then that would be great! That or they learned 6 skills, which is the magic number of skills needed for this achievement.
Cheers.

Completing this on the PS4, it popped after having my child create a 5th item, which was Home Grown Tobacco.
She'd also made Food, Fuel, Water Filter and Clean Water.

For me this didn't pop until I had the child make something while everyone else was either out or asleep.
Don't know if that'll help anyone.

This achievement is similar to "The School of life" achievement in that you need to teach things to your child. It seems as though you will need to teach them at least six skills (press at the work station to teach the child a skill) and have the child do some of these actions on their own. They will take longer to perform the tasks like cooking, making fuel or baiting an animal trap, but they can do it if needed. Once they have performed enough of the tasks, the achievement will unlock.
