From the start you will need to get everything in your house. make the shovel, crow bar, and lock pick as soon as possible. i took each person and had them shift through big piles to clear the way to more stuff so i could make the items. then i just had them go and unlock all doors and take all items

At the start of the game, you will be placed in one of two different starting houses. They are filled with debris, locked cabinets, rooms and the like. At the very least, you will need a crow bar or a handful of lock picks to completely explore the house. After you have removed all the loose debris and opened every cabinet in your house, you will unlock this achievement. You can get this before the end of Day 1, but it will be more likely that this takes until Day 2.
