This is pretty obvious. Once you've collected enough materials from around your house/base - build 2 beds, not 3. This achievement will pop.

To unlock this achievement, you will need to have enough beds for everyone to sleep in aside from the person scavenging. So, if you have three people in the house, you will need two beds. If you have four people, you will need three beds. Once they are built, the achievement will unlock.
