These Were my options for the Bad ending Achievement.

This is in order of the storyline.

I condemned Mark ( Orange Orb )
I Saved The sheriff ( Green Orb )
I killed the man in the car ( Used the matches on the Fuel Canister )
I Saved Ben ( Green Orb )
I Saved Keith ( Green Orb )
I Saved Jeff At the sawmill ( Didn't hit the light switch )
I saved the girl in the postal truck ( Opened the door )

This achievement is one of the 3 possible endings. To get the Bad Ending you need to condemn/kill 2 people - the description says at least 1 but only killing 1 didn't work for me. Here's what I did to get this achievement:

1 - I condemned Mark
2 - I Forgave The sheriff
3 - I killed the guy in the police car
4 - I Forgave Ben the postman
5 - I Forgave Keith the Fire Chief
6 - I let Jeff At the sawmill live by breaking through the fence
7 - I saved the woman in the van by opening the van door

Bad Ending Achievement

Condemn at least 1 person but not all of them

With this game coming to Game Pass, I figured somebody will find this useful

Found a way to use cloud save to get good and bad endings in 1 play through.

First follow any guide for good ending to the point where we need to save or let the girl in the van die.
Exit the game, as in pull up the guide > press start on the game > go down to quit, as this allows the save to be loaded to the cloud.

Load the game back up and now save the girl and continue with whatever good ending guide you've followed up to this point to the end to achieve the good ending.

Here is the important part…DON'T QUIT OUT the game, while the good ending/credits are going on press the guide button on your controller then go to the game and press manage game and add-ons, while the game is still running!

Now delete the saved data FROM THE CONSOLE!
This will close the game and once you load it again the cloud save should restore from outside the church.
Now allow the girl to die in the van by just running by, and just complete the rest of the game following any guide (preferably the same one you used for the good ending) and it should unlock the bad ending.

It took me about 10 extra mins to get the bad ending so saves a full play through.
Hope this helps somebody and saves them from three full playthroughs!
