This follows the same line as the Photograph-Achievment (70 out of 100)
According to CrippleThreat8 and duyzurich you don't have to finish the epliogue, to get this achievement. Although you need to finish the main game first!
In the main menu, you can choose (more...) and find stories. You have to click yourself through every story and every page to get the achievement. Pretty easy and straight forward (takes about 3 minutes). You don't even have to zoom into the pages (by pressing
) and just keep on clicking 
.

You don't necessarily need the "Until Next Time" achievement to unlock the stories, I got on the "wrong bus" and was able to read all the stories and get this achievement.
I assume that you just need to finish the main story and the epilogue. :)

You do not need to complete the epilogue. I just unlocked it after beating the main story and scrolling through Ben's stories.

to page through. The save icon will appear after you get to the last page of each letting you know the game recorded you reading the story.

5 stories are listed. Select Each One, hitting RB to reach the end. You do not need to take a closer look at each page. Just Bash the Rb button.
Before doing this I would advise turning the Radio on to help speed up getting.

After you clear the main story, you will have access to all five of Ben's stories in the extras menu. Once you scroll through all of them (including whichever one he read during your drive in the main story) the trophy will pop.

From the main menu, select more to access the extras screen. Now select stories. There are five stories to read. Simply press 
to read through each story. You unlock access to Ben's stories after completing the main story.
