In the Starlight Stones Ritual, you have to travel to Urstella Fields and wait for the anouncement, once it starts you have to to defeat goblins and offer the Stardust that they drop to the monument stones, these monuments are going to be marked in the map. Goblins are not particulary difficult to kill, but I recommend a character with AOE skills or mob control, if not, don't worry.
