OK so this game sucks. It's designed purely to part completionists from their money. That being said, I do like a hard puzzle game.
** PLEASE NOTE ** I've completed all of the levels and I'm now going through 3-starring them here and will be updating this solution as I go. If you require a specific level I've not done yet then leave a comment or PM me. This will take a couple of weeks so please be patient. Also if you require more detail around solving a certain level then just ask. REMAINING 42, 51, 54, 55.
FREE BOOSTS - Uninstalling and reinstalling will give you back 3 of each boost. You will need to do this a lot. Your save data is in the cloud except for several of the early easy levels.
Basics
Learn where the points are. Completing blueprints and structurally sound bonus count for a lot. Larger blocks give more points. Having enclosed spaces can push you up to 3 stars on some levels. For example, placing a small gate block on the ground will give you 220 points versus 50 points for a normal block. Any unused blocks give 50 points so it can be worth using up all your larger blocks for more points.
Overall Strategy
You'll want to get to level 65 first then focus on 3 starring individual levels. This will take a lot of uninstalling and reinstalling of the game.
Challenges
Some of these can be very annoying. You cannot reinstall or it resets progress back to the first challenge. There is an element of randomness to a lot of the bricks you will get. Some levels and challenges are very tight and you have to have the perfect combination of special blocks to appear before you can pass. Just keep trying!
