One thing to note if you do miss one you can Load Game and Return to any Act. So if you only missed one in Mahakam you can play from that point till the end of the game. If you are on easy you can skip all battles except the ones listed in the guide. But take warning when rushing back through that the autosave does not actually do a permanent save until you save and quit. I redid from act 2 (missed ornamental Sword) all the way up to the Collaborator final fight needed and the game crashed when I beat the battle. I had to run through the entire act 2-collaborator again. With skip battles it is pretty quick and was not really picking anything up or doing anything but this as was my last achievement.

MISSABLE

There is a total of 7 weapons you’ll need to collect. These come in the form of leader cards. There is at least one located in each region. If you would like to see the exact location of each weapon, view the trophies for completing each region, as they have a map for each with it marked.

Lyria

  • Meve: War Hammer - Defeat the Grave Hag in Lyria
  • Meve: Broadsword - Story related

Aedirn

  • Meve: Flail - Get a quest to defeat the hawkers in Crumhorn and then find them north of the village by a fishing hut and attack them. Equip your troops with the goods. Do not destroy them.
  • Meve: Ornamental Sword - You’ll run into a quest called “Black Sashes” near the end of the map, where you’ll have the option to attack the traitors. Do so, and after the battle choose to show mercy. Continue East and you’ll run into Falbeson’s home. Accept his offer of food and then win the battle.

Mahakam

  • Meve: Sihil - During your travels, you’ll be given the option to attack a Nilfgaardian convoy. Do so to obtain the weapon.

Angren

  • Meve: Angrena Blade - Among some ruins, you'll be giving the option to enter them or leave, enter the ruins. You'll then enter a battle, which you'll have to defeat the Ancient Evil.

Rivia

  • Meve: Spear - When fighting to take back Kaveldun, win the battle and then spare the Blacksmith when given the choice.

There are a total of 8 weapons to collect throughout the game. You start with one of them and get another one from story progression, but beyond those, the remaining 6 are all potentially missable. The weapons and where to obtain them are as follows.

Lyria

  • Longsword: Starting weapon; cannot be missed
  • Broadsword: Given to you after defeating Gascon through the story; cannot be missed
  • Warhammer: Given to you after defeating a Grave Hag through an optional side mission; can be missed
    • Grave Hag location image below

Aedirn

  • Flail: Given to you through a side mission to attack some weapons dealers. Choose to take the weapons after defeating them. This can be missed.
  • Ornamental Sword: Given to you through a side mission where you fight a group of turncoats. Defeat them and spare the leader of the group and he will invite you back to his home. Go there, survive the ambush, and retrieve the Ornamental Sword. This can be missed
    • For the Flail, head to this part of the map and speak to the man with a question mark over his head

  • When given the chance, either pay for the information he offers, or force it out of him to be told where the weapon dealers are. Then head there and destroy them. Then, after defeating them, choose to equip your troops with the weapons. The weapon dealers are here:

  • For the Ornamental sword, head to this part of the map and, when given the chance, attack the traitors

  • Once you have defeated them, you're given a choice; choose to show mercy and he will invite you back to his house. Head there then accept his offer. Fight your way out of the ambush and upon doing so you will be given the Ornamental sword

Mahakam

  • Sihil: Given to you through a side mission to attack a Nilfgaardian convoy. You will know you're about to find this convoy when a storm begins to obscure the screen and Reynard makes mention of it. Continue on and the convoy will be automatically triggered when you get near it. Attack the convoy as opposed to letting it pass to recieve the Sihil. This can be missed

Angren

  • Angreni Blade: Given to you through a side mission to enter an Ancient Elven tomb. Choose to enter the tomb when prompted and win the subsequent battle to recieve the Angreni Blade. This can be missed

  • The doorway in the center of the tomb will have a question mark on it

Rivia

  • Spear: Given to you through a side mission to deal with a blacksmith who has been helping the Nilfgaardians. Enter the town in the image below and when deciding his fate, choose to release him to recieve the Spear. This can be missed

The trophy is easy to miss!

Weapons in Blood Feud mean cards with Meve armed with one or another type of melee weapon. Each such card, when pre-equipped, gives your leader (Meve) a special ability in battle.

There are 8 types of weapons in the game, but since you get the first of them, namely the bastard sword, from the very beginning of the game, to open the trophy you need to find only 7. Of these 7, you get two types of weapons, a war hammer and a broadsword, in the starting location in Lyria. You can get two more weapons, a flail and an ornate sword, in Aedirn. In Mahakam there is an opportunity to get yourself a real sigil, and in Angren you can get hold of an old, but still very formidable elven sword. The last type of weapon, suddenly, is a polearm, or rather an ordinary spear, albeit of the highest quality. You can find the spear in Rivia, after which you will finally be rewarded with the long-awaited trophy.

Below I have attached a link to a playlist with videos on finding all the weapons in the game. Thanks to it, you will find out the exact location of all these “pieces of iron” and the right decisions that will need to be made so as not to miss the item you are looking for:
