Probably the first achievement you will get. Just follow the prompts, learning map movement, combat, camp building, and puzzles. When you reach the first or second fast travel signboard, the achievement should unlock.

Story related, cannot be missed.
This will unlock upon leaving the town of Hawkesburn and traveling south past the first puzzle.

The tutorial is mandatory at the beginning of a playthrough and you should certainly pay attention to it if you're new to Gwent, or if you're only used to Gwent from The Witcher 3. The tutorial should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
