Story related, but can be missed.
While progressing through the Mahakam region, you’ll run into Keltullis. You’ll be given the option to help fight the dragon, do so and defeat him. You only need to fight and beat him the first time.

Kelltulis the dragon can be found and fought during chapter 3. You can miss this fight and subsequently the achievement if you choose not to engage Kelltulis when given the chance, so be sure not to avoid it and choose to intervene when given the option and select 'Help fight the dragon'.
Kelltulis will start with 60 health and you will need to reduce it to 0 to win. Every 2 turns the dragon will move to a different row and change it's ability. It's first ability while on it's own side of the field will have it set one of your rows on fire and damage all enemies by 1. Then it will move to your side and it's ability will change to force units adjacent to it to duel. This is where you will do the most damage so have high health cards if possible to reduce it's health as much as you can. Then 2 turns later it will return to it's own side and heal itself by 10, each turn for 2 turns. Then it will repeat this pattern until either you or it wins.
