Throughout the game you will come across shrines that can be prayed at to raise your army's morale. Simply pray at 10 of these shrines and the achievement is yours.

Shrines are located in each region throughout the game. When you interact with one, you’ll increase your moral, which will give you a +1 to each card. If you explore each region fully, you’ll find enough shrines at the beginning of the third region. This is technically missable, as if you do not pray at any of the shrines, you cannot go back to regions you have already completed.

You can find Shrines throughout the game; praying at them will give your army a morale boost. You need to hold to pray at them. There are more than ten and if, as you should be, you're completing everything on each map you will unlock this achievement well before the end of the game.
