How to unlock the Through the Fourth Wall achievement in Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales - Definitive Guide

You'll obtain this naturally when going after the 'Tax Collector' Achievement.

In Chapter 5 (Rivia), head to the south west and aim for the mouth of the rat picture on the map. You'll have to walk slightly off the beaten path through the woods and will enter a compound with a Point of Interest in the middle. Complete that quest.

MISSABLE

This can be found in Rivia. It is located Southwest of the map, by the mouth of the wolf on the map. There is a cemetery just west of the path. It is an estate, and once you get close enough, the trophy will automatically pop.

During chapter 5, head to the area outlined on the map below. Upon entering, the Easter Egg will be found and the achievement will unlock.

Follow the unmarked dirt road, helpfully illustrated below:

Then, head through the broken wall to find the Easter Egg. Head around to the front of the building to engage in a puzzle battle:
