Upgrade the Workshop in your camp until you can purchase the "Engineers' Drafting Desk (1)", which unlocks 3 new units that you can recruit (cards you can purchase in the Command Tent). The "War Wagon +" will upgrade any War Wagon cards you have already.
Then head to the Command Tent (deck editor) and recruit (purchase, by selecting it and pressing
) either the Lyrian Blacksmith or the Aretuza Adept and this achievement will unlock immediately.

Level up the workshop until you're able to unlock the engineers' drafting table. Unlock that and then go to your command tent and select the new units. Recruit them (craft the card) and you will unlock the achievement. Congrats, handshakes all-around!

Raynard units can be trained after you have purchased at least the camp upgrade 'Armory (1)' or 'Engineers' Drafting Desk (1)'. These would allow you to train 'Rivian Pikeman +,' 'Rivian Sapper,' and 'Lyrian Hajduk' or 'Lyrian Blacksmith,' 'War Wagon +,' and 'Aretuza Adept,' respectively.
Build either of these upgrades and then train 1 of the units it gives you access to for the achievement.
