A locomotive is the multi-colored wild card in Ticket to Ride. A locomotive can be used in place of any other color to complete routes.
To get this achievement, simply win a game without playing any locomotive cards.
Tip: You are allowed to have Locomotives in your hand for this achievement, just so you don't play them on the board.
